We will begin with the gentleman that I have had the longest relationship with, yes Gavin Ho in menswear at Holt Renfrew. Q: How long have you been in retail/customer service?
A: 17 years, Wait, what!? I feel old!

Q: What was your first job?
A: Pizza Hut. When I was in Grade 10. Loved it! The pizza and the job.

Q: What’s the most rewarding part of your job?
A: It’s as simple as whenever a customer will come to the store and ask for me or even when I get a text message from a customer, I’m like “really?! someone wants to see me?” considering there are thousands of people with the same job I have and many stores, including online that sells the same product. I am very grateful to have clients that choose me above all else.

Q: What does good customer service mean to you?
A: Being genuine and sincere. Selling with intergrity. Paying attention to the clients needs. Every customer is different, their needs are never the same. Sometimes the clients choose you and sometimes they don’t but it’s important to stay honest with yourself. Clients can see and respect that.

Q: What is your “Go to” outfit?
A: Not really an outfit but a jacket. A casual soft-constructed navy sport jacket. It goes with everything. It can be worn all year around, casually or formally.
